Lenin's Mausoleum and the Kremlin

The weather has finally improved so we decided to take a trip to the Kremlin and Lenin's Mausoleum. This was my second visit to the Mausoleum but it was still such a bizarre experience. The Mausoleum has lots of guards and is really dark inside. Lenin's Mausoleum also known as Lenin's Tomb, which is situated at Red Square. The Mausoleum serves as the current reading place of Vladimir Lenin. His embalmed body has been on public display since shortly after his death in 1924.

We continued our historic tour of Moscow by visiting the Kremlin. The weather was beautiful 20c-23c and it was lovely to walk around Cathedral Square.
